The spacious air-conditioned twin/double room felt cozy and inviting, with lovely city views from the balcony. the tea and coffee maker was a nice touch, making me feel right at home during my stay. As a traveler who enjoys a good cup of coffee in the morning, this little amenity was a delightful surprise that enhanced my experience at Wine & Books Porto Hotel.
I didn't quite like the formal setup of the bar/lounge area, it could use a more relaxed and welcoming ambiance.

I had a splendid time enjoying the spa, devouring delicious food and parking my fancy car. So posh!
Didn't quite appreciate the "charming" hammam experience. Nothing like sweating in a small room with strangers.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help us out. The room was super modern and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The breakfast was delicious, with a menu that offered a range of tasty options. And the best part? They surprised my husband on his birthday with sparkling wine and cake! It made our stay extra special.
That it could get a little noisy at night due to construction work and people partying in the street. But hey, that's a minor inconvenience for a hotel that offers such outstanding service and attention to detail.

The staff at Wine & Books Porto Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was modern and comfortable, and the breakfast menu offered delicious options with made-to-order dishes. The highlight was the smoked salmon eggs Benedict, which was one of the best I've ever tasted. The Portuguese breakfast dish with smoked duck and grilled egg yolk was also a delicious treat. Additionally, the hotel surprised us on my husband's birthday with sparkling wine and a small cake - a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the staff, as well as the comfortable amenities offered by the hotel.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaint.
